Before USTe!

"You can't make it"   "Yes you CAN"    "It's very hard"    "Choose DLSU"

Those words I always hear when I said to my friends that I'll choose UST as my school. Some people said to me that the entrance test was just a piece of cake. But the truth is It really is (not sure though). We should never underestimate something. Honestly I underestimated the USTET, I said to my mom that it is very easy and I think I ace it. Months pass by and the day of the release of result came. But before that I heard UST tested the site and it leaked, some of the smartest students in our school DID NOT PASS the USTET. Some of them took up Medical Technology and PHARMACY!

In my mind, "If the smartest didn't make it, how can I pass???" then January 13 come. I was really excited that's why I waited till midnight for January 13.

Then, I typed my registration number then my birthday..

Then wait for it...


I DID NOT QUALIFY FOR MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY

but I AM WAIT LISTED FOR PHARMACY

I don't know if I'll be happy or not by these result. Honestly after I viewed this result, I cried.

I said to myself, maybe PHARMACY and UST is not for me.I really want to take Medical technology since many say it is an easy pre-med course. But my parents say pharmacy is better since I can put-up a pharmacy if I decided not to continue MEDICINE.

My First Post 09/30/2012

First of all i'm Ron (not my real name). For the past years and days of my life, I always find myself alone. Every time I go to the university with my classmates I always feel something or someone is lacking. I don't know why.

By the way, I live here in the Philippines. I study in the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas. I am a Pharmacy student and I'm proud of it! (even though it's hard ;) ) I really work hard to enter this university without the help of others.
